Premium audio system to feature Dirac Live technology in 2014 car models.
Dirac today announced that yet another well-known premium car manufacturer has selected Dirac Live technology for incorporation into their high-end automotive entertainment systems.
The first car model to be released with Dirac Live will be available on the market in 2014.
“We are delighted to work with this fine brand and believe that we together will reach new levels of in-vehicle audio performance. Further details, including brand names, models and audio system specifications will be publicly revealed later,” said Mathias Johansson, CEO of Dirac.
The car environment poses exceptional challenges in designing a top class audio experience. Traditionally, sound quality in cars has been hampered by things such as difficult loudspeaker locations, poor acoustic properties of their cabins, and imperfect loudspeaker housings. With the aid of Dirac Live, premium entertainment systems can reach new realms of performance.
