Our code of conduct guides us in everything we do and is as it helps us make the right decisions in everyday life – decisions that affect us all and that make both our workplaces and the world around us a little better.

All employees are responsible for complying with the Diracs’s Code of Conduct and are encouraged to report misconduct that is contrary to laws and regulations or our ethical guidelines. We care about maintaining a decent work environment and a good business climate where irregularities or other issues are noticed and investigated as early as possible. Anyone who wants to provide information about misconduct can do so anonymously by reporting it via our whistle blower function.

Reports can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be submitted in either Swedish or English. A report through the whistle blower function is always treated with the highest confidentiality, and you will always remain anonymous.
