GIGASET ME announced with Dirac HD Sound
September 7, 2015
Uppsala, Sweden – Dirac Research announces the introduction of new smartphones with Dirac HD Sound technology built in. At the launch event of the GIGASET ME smartphone series held by Gigaset AG in Berlin last week, Dirac HD Sound was introduced as a main feature of all GIGASET ME models.
With Dirac HD Sound® audio performance optimization technology, GIGASET ME users will enjoy more transparent, natural sound with improved staging and deeper bass from their earphones. The technology is unique in that it corrects the impulse response and frequency response of the sound system, genuinely enhancing the system’s capacity to reproduce sound. This allows earphones to perform at altogether new levels and fundamentally improves their sound quality.
Dirac HD Sound® is one of Dirac’s key sound optimization technologies and it has been previously used not only by smartphone manufacturers, but also speaker and earphone brands. Technologies from Dirac are also used in high-performance HiFi, luxury cars and digital cinemas. The products of BMW, Bentley, Rolls Royce and Datasat Digital Entertainment are powered by Dirac technologies.
