Xiaomi Teams Up with Dirac to Optimize its Mi AI Smart Speaker

Xiaomi teamed up with Dirac to provide the Mi AI smart speaker with an extraordinary listening experience – complete with louder audio, a wider soundstage, clearer and improved vocal separation, and richer acoustical details. This upgrade has been delivered through a software update made available to customers worldwide on Friday, January 26th, 2018.
The Xiaomi Mi AI smart speaker was announced in July 2017 and debuted one month later in August 2017. In addition to delivering high-quality audio, its six-microphone array allows voice to be detected from any direction and distance, and its built-in AI processing responds to various user-commands.
