Dirac Research tar in 44 miljoner och utser Jörgen Lantto till ny styrelsemedlem

Uppsala – Dirac Research, världsledande inom digital ljudoptimering, tillkännager idag att bolaget genomfört en riktad nyemission som tillför 44 miljoner kronor från nuvarande och nya investerare. Kapitalet ska användas för att accelerera Diracs expansion på nya marknader såsom virtual reality (VR) och augmented reality (AR) och för att stärka sin ledande position inom ljudoptimering för mobilindustrin, samt för utökade rekryteringar. Företaget meddelar också att Jörgen Lantto, tidigare VD för Fingerprint Cards AB, valts in i Diracs styrelse.

Dirac Research Enhances the Listening Experience of the All-New Xiaomi Mi 5c Smartphone Through Surge S1 SoC Integration

Virtual Reality Gets Real At CES 2017 With The Launch of Dirac VR
